Yes! We offer FREE US shipping ONLY for USPS First Class Packages! Best option for lightweight packages up to 15oz! If your package weighs more than 16oz or you want a faster shipping speed, you will be charged a $6 flat rate fee for USPS Priority Mail. If you are an international customer please go here to see our flat rate shipping fees for USPS First Class International Packages (<64oz or up to 4lbs).
Yes, we offer returns only for domestic U.S orders! We understand you may not love your item(s). If you receive your order and do not like it for any reason, you must request a return within 7 calendar days from the date tracking tells us package was delivered. We will refund your order by the original method of payment once receive the item back and inspect it. Customer agrees to pay for return shipping costs.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on any earrings, and all final sale items are not eligible for returns. All other items must be in new, unwashed, unaltered condition with no signs of damage or wear.

We understand jewelry and custom clothing can be tricky, especially when buying online from an unfamiliar brand! We take great care to accurately photograph and described our products. Many of our products are often handmade in remote regions. If we are given details about the Artisans or the materials used we always include that info in our descriptions. We also provide measurements in photos.
If you receive your item and it was not as you expected, or we made a mistake, you do have 7 calendar days to request a full refund providing the item meets our return criteria.
Another option is to contact us via Whatsapp (+1614-664-3317) BEFORE you place an order. We will be more than happy to take a video of the item in natural sunlight or from different angles if you are not satisfied with the product description. Please note that our handmade items cannot be identical and some may have small flaws from the production process.
